Terms of Service
1. What FreeStakeAccounts is
FreeStakeAccounts is an independent service that gives away pre-created, KYC-verified Stake.com accounts at no cost. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Stake. All Stake trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. One free Stake account per person
Each person may claim one free Stake account, ever. We enforce this through email verification, IP rate limiting, VPN/proxy detection and device fingerprinting. Anyone attempting to claim multiple accounts will be permanently blocked. See our FAQ for the full breakdown.
3. Age and jurisdiction
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your country) to claim or use a Stake account. If you ever feel gambling becomes a problem, please reach out to BeGambleAware or GamCare.
4. The account is yours after delivery
Once your free verified Stake account is delivered, it's fully yours. Log in to the included Outlook inbox first, then log into Stake. Change both passwords and enable 2FA. We retain no recovery rights and cannot help recover credentials you change.
5. Rewards program
Every free account is automatically entered into our exclusive rewards, including the double weekly bonus and the $4,000 monthly wager race. Full rules live on the Benefits page. Rewards are funded by us and may change with notice.
6. No warranty
Accounts are provided "as is." Every account is tested before being added to stock, but Stake may independently restrict or close any account for reasons outside our control. FreeStakeAccounts is not liable for any losses incurred while using the account.
7. Anti-abuse rules
Automated claiming, VPN/proxy use to bypass rate limits, fake or disposable emails, and any other circumvention is strictly prohibited and results in a permanent ban plus IP block. We log IPs and basic device fingerprints solely to enforce the one-account-per-person rule.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. FreeStakeAccounts collects the minimum information required to deliver a free verified Stake account and prevent abuse. We never sell your data and we never share it with third-party advertisers.
1. What we collect
- Email address, used only to deliver your free Stake account credentials.
- Country, for region eligibility and reporting.
- Referral source (Google, Twitter, Telegram, Discord), so we know which channels actually help players.
- IP address & basic device fingerprint, hashed and used only to enforce one account per person and block VPN abuse.
2. What we never collect
No real names, no phone numbers, no government IDs, no payment information. You don't sign up for anything, you don't create a password, and there is nothing to "log in" to after you claim.
4. How long we keep your data
The hashed identifiers used to enforce the one-account rule are kept indefinitely so abusers can't reset their identity by clearing cookies. Your raw email is purged after delivery. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us, though doing so voids your eligibility for a future free Stake account.
5. Third parties
We deliver credentials over standard email (your inbox provider sees the email, as usual). We host on Lovable Cloud. We rely on proxycheck.io to detect VPNs/proxies. That's the entire vendor list.
6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us on Telegram @VicoTrades and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
